I've been talking to a couple girls I met from online dating sites. Do they lose interest quick or will leave you hanging once they find or talk to a better looking or better guy?


We exchange aim, how often should I IM them once I see them on. I see them on all the time.

As frequently as you can. If you do not talk with many days, they will forget you soon.





When you are familar, then try offline contact.





Be careful of your privacy before you meet them face to face. Some users are not serious of dating at all.

Reply:Most will loose interest in a couple of days. Some will gradually loose interest a few weeks into things. Generally, there are a lot more men than women on online dating sites (at least the ones I have been on) so some women get so many messages from different people that it just isn't realistic to keep up with all of them. I still shudder thinking about getting 94 mails in my first day on one site, from more than 30 different guys. It's just an overload.





If they like you enough, and they're seriously looking to date rather than just signing up for the sites because they're bored (you eliminate that problem usually by using paid sites, as people won't pay for something unless they care to use it)... then they will keep talking!





I've been talking to my boyfriend for three months, the past two of which we've been dating. We met online. I keep up still with two other guys from online sites though I've made it clear that I am in a relationship now and just consider them friends.





So really, it just depends on the girl, and on how much she likes you.





IM them a couple times a week maybe. See how often or how quickly they respond to your emails if you're emailing as well; generally if they're online all the time but they don't email you back often or quickly, then they're not as interested and you shouldn't IM as often. And if they start initiating IM chats, then obviously you can IM more often...
Reply:Dating girls online is no fun and I did like this one girl I was dating online and she dumped me on the second day because she said a boy asked her out in real life. Wait because I'm not done yet, I also had girls that disapeared out of nowhere to never IM me again. You know what just don't. It's a waste of time in the long run (Unless you get really lucky) I still have hope that I might meet a good one online but for now I think I learned that searching for chicks in reality is the better overall choice
