lol ive been told several different things about online dating i just wna know your opionion so answer its an easy question and i know you'll have fun with it so just go out and answer it and remember be yourself.=)
Is online dating good, bad, fun, or not worth it?
me personaly it has worked out well i met my girlfriend from online dateing and i have never ever been happier, it is just as good/bad as going to a bar you don't know for sure until you get to know the person, you can meet ******'s any where!
Reply:I met a really terrific guy online %26amp; we had two fantastic years together but he broke up with me last week. I don't
regret for a second the relationship %26amp; I think having met him online was really cool. I don't know a lot of other folks who've done that, so it was unique.
Reply:On line dating is very good for Health and Wealth.
No need of money.
No need to worry about health.
No one know who you are in real.
I don't think there is any bad point.
Enjoy
Reply:Well i met a girl from the internet. Long story short i deeply regret the decision to meet this girl. she will not leave me alone. shes psychotic, and i just wanna get away from her. so id say its a bad idea.
Reply:my cousin met her husband online..
i personally wont do it...it just seems so weird...i guess i'm old fashion gotta meet the person inperson first
Reply:I've never tried it, but I think it's not not worth it. What's the point? If you can't see, touch, feel the person...I don't see how that's worth,
Reply:It can be good and most definately fun cause you have some one to talk t, but if you get serious it becomes a pain in the ***. So many desires and so many temptations make it super hard for stuff to work. Online is a great place to meet someone but you're better off with somebody in your area. Unless the other person can visit you or you can visit them.
Reply:nowadays its the way to meet people but its not considered dating
Reply:Its the best way to make new freinds its really good .Its all fun and worhty

Does online dating work?
i was wondering.....cause ive been online dating for awhile cuase no other guys like me around here......does it work?
Does online dating work?
I've heard many sucess stories...
Reply:no not really
Reply:It does work, but you must be careful in giving out personal info UNTIL you are 100% sure that you are dealing with an honest, sincere man/woman. Pay close attention to all details that you gather. Follow-up on information given to you by persons interested in you so you can find out if they are legitimate or not. Most of all, have fun with it! If something good comes of it, great--if not, you will have a huge buddy list at least!
Reply:i know a friend of mine tried it and his now ex ended up in jail for life because she tried to kill him this is a true story no lie
Reply:Yes it does!!! (or I should say - it can)
I met my BF of almost 3 years through a site online. We PM'd %26amp; emailed each other through that site for a few days, the chatted through an IM for about a week, then moved to phone calls then met after just over 2 weeks %26amp; spent every weekend together after until he moved in with me just about a year ago. He only lived in the next town, about 15 miles away from me, so being together was rather convenient. :)
You just have to take your time, be careful who you meet and don't be impatient... keep in mind that theres many many different sites out there with many many different people, it could take awhile to find the right one! (or, your 'right one' might not be online)
Reply:do you have difficulty getting a guy in real life too, if so there may be other forces at work other than online dating not being very good
Reply:sure
Reply:Yes, it does. I met my fiance online, i dont live in the states and still, he came two months ago to meet my family, but to my surprise, he also came to propose. I dated two guys online before him and met them both as well, one was from the states too and the other one came from germany. So, theres a great chance of finding your soulmate online, i can assure you that. ;-)

A solution to my online dating fiasco?
I've recently begun to dabble in the online dating scene. As a wealthy man of nobility, the women flock. However, this has presented a rather sticky situation with regards to my wife. I now have seven online 'dates' in permanent residence, and the household staff are having a terrible job of keeping them away from her. For now, she is none the wiser. I have told her that my frequent nightime visits to the guest rooms are so that I can test the tog rating of our various quilts. But soon enough, one of the disappointingly unattractive women I've ordered will crop up at the breakfast table unannounced.

Does online dating work?
Well, we know each other from the last past 3 months and love each other, but am not sure if online dating works out. Has any of you experienced it?
What should I do?
Does online dating work?
it depends on how u want it to be. if you trust that person then go ahead and follow ur heart cos who knows maybe shes the one for u. there are many choices so dont worry .theres alot out there waiting for u...
*something happened for a reason
Reply:it can work but you need caution. make sure first you never send money to anyone for any reason, also insist on chatting with them on a cam to make sure its the person you should be talking to. i have caught many many scammers from around the world that a thief's, liars, scammers and some were using fake pictures, addresses and on and on. be carefull.
Reply:I met my husband online. He is a wonderful man.
Reply:To me dating online I compare it as looking a single piece of cake from rubbish bin.
Reply:it works! met my bumbum on facebook:)

Reply:Ive met for real, loads of girls from the inet, sex with a few of them. Only one of them ive had a relationship with and she turned out to be a sl.ut behind my back.

If your not ugly or fat, its far easier to get laid if u goto a club :p err i meen its easier to get to know people at bars/pubs.

Best online dating site for homosexuals?
I've tried several places, but I'd like to know if anyone has tried this online dating thing (since it can be hard finding lesbians in your area). Where's the place with the highest concentration of people? Is there someplace that caters particularly to gays?

I would suggest placing your own 100% free ad on www.craigslist.org

An online dating.?
is there any one have an online dating relationship any one can shere a story with me a story.
An online dating.?
I am engaged now I met my fiance online we are so happy, complete, excited so many feelings. I think that our relationship works because we trust eachother no matter what we are very honest.
Reply:i havent actually dated someone, but it was a casual fling...and it was so amazing...there r really creepy ppl online too, but some are so amazing...
Reply:Not originally intended to be "dating" per se -- it started as just being friendly, or helpful, %26amp; then as your relationship grows, you continue to share more %26amp; more with each other. This was definitely not through an online dating account, just to let U know! -- No Fees Involved Here!!!
Other than just good old fashioned communication, talking to people, chatting on IM, emailing between each other, sharing %26amp; caring about what goes on in their real lives -- all through the social networking sites like Yahoo! 360, MySpace, FaceBook, MyYearbook, nicelol, etc. (the list goes on %26amp; on).

Are Online Dating sites such as Match.com, E-harmony, and Yahoo Personals are a rip off to people?
I want to know that online dating sites such as e-harmoney, Yahoo Personals, and Match.com are a buch of rip off. I used to go on Match.com and they rip me off by charging me a lot when I stop subcribing and they charged me a lot of money. I hate that. So I stop using Match.com and also Yahoo Personals and just stick with MySpace.com and Friendster.com which I liked better. So do you think that those sites are a buch of rip off. And plus, I don't think that meeting people from any of those websites are no good. What do you think?
Are Online Dating sites such as Match.com, E-harmony, and Yahoo Personals are a rip off to people?
I have used all 3 sites. I have only found a few people with my same interests on eHarmony, but like each one, you have to pay to talk to them. Nothing ever came out of each site, and most of them unfortunatly have fake people on there, people from webcam sites, looking for customers. That is what turned me away from those. Then the sites also like to make up stuff that you won't get a response from people, because they get to many e-mails, so you never get an answer when you send an e-mail in the first place. Your best bet really is in person. However, I am one of the few who did meet my wife online, through yahoo messenger. But again, that is a rare case. It doesn't happen all the time, so stick to meeting people in person.
Reply:I have yet to find anyone who met anyone meaningful from a dating web site. Your best bet is to have hobbies and interests and meet people face-to-face while doing those hobbies. In my humble opinion, the Internet is a scary and dangerous place.
Reply:Only if you are looking for love but if you are looking for sex then it is worth while. Use protection.
Reply:Never messed with the things...but I suspect.
By the way ....the Doctor Guy that does the E Harmony commercials.....
Does he look like a Tyrannosaurus or Barney the Nauseosaur or what?
Reply:sure, why not? you already get all your food, shelter, and water from corporations. why not love?

Those Online Dating services?
Has anyone here ever succeeded in a relationship from one of those Online Dating services
Those Online Dating services?
hello , i have a free datingsite and i may know what is the problem,
- dating site put a lot of fake women profile to hide the fact that they have 4-8 times more men than women
- women get a lot of messages specially if they have a photo around 10-100 week depending on sites , so practically a women uses a site for a week before finding someone but then it depends on what criteria she made the choice
i have a free french dating site (soon i'll publish the english version)
i use the technique of adding 5-10 girls just to take off , but other sites go all the way creating hundreds and even thousands of fake girls . after all they are charging so they try to trick you in anyway , my site is in the reference (english version very soon)
Reply:My bf still tries. Yes, that's what I said. Apparently, he's having no luck. (We met thru a friend). Hope you're single, then why not try.
Reply:i don't know anyone that has worked for , sorry, but you can write me if you want
Reply:Yes!
It was the best decision I ever made. I went on only looking for friends and to meet people (since I don't do the bar/club scene) and I ended up meeting the love of my life.
You have to be very picky and very careful. Be very specific on your profile of details of yourself, but also what you're looking for. Know what you're looking for before you actually contact anyone.
Those are the best tips I can give you. There are a lot of psycho's, but there could also be the one for you. The one for me is in NC and I'm in PA, so the only way we were able to meet is by Internet.
Just be careful and be picky! Hope you have fun. Remember, it can take a while, just be positive :)
Good Luck :)
Reply:I worked with a girl who met her husband on match.com.However i hear ALOT of horror stories about people lying about their age or posting a pic of someone else and saying that is them. Also alot of people lie about their appearance...if you do it,just be cautious and have a open mind.
Reply:well of course I met this really great guy from webdatedotcom and we're actually going steady for a couple of months now. Online dating is just like any other dating out there, so it depends if you'll go for the old-fashioned way or not

Good Online Dating/Myspace Opening Lines/Conversation Starters?
What is a good way to strike up a conversation with a girl that I have never met but she has ethier a online dating profile or a Myspace? I never know what to say I don't want to sound like every other guy how can I get her attention/response?
Good Online Dating/Myspace Opening Lines/Conversation Starters?
Just be yourself. Keep in mind:
- Myspace isn't a dating site; and
- profiles can be "made up" as they are not verifiable, so be sure you know for sure who you are talking to before you make a fool of yourself.
Reply:First off if you don't want to sound like every other guy, don't ask every other guy. That meaning to offense. Ask if she is into fashion. If you know some stuff that would definatlly help. Or if she has any certain resturant that she likes, and if so what does she like to eat. If she has any funny stories regarding those places. Good luck.
Reply:read her profile first and get to know what are her likes and hobbies.. then start from there.. Ü
Reply:I don`t like to date on Myspace or some free websites. There are a log of spammers and scammers, don`t you think so?
Reply:a guy sent me a message on myspace saying he liked my profile pic (it was of me and my horse) and said his dad used to ride... we started talking on IM and then the phone after we met for the first time i dumped my bf of 2 years and we've been dating for almost a year! act normal! say what you'd say in person
Reply:Who want's a threesome?
Reply:Before complimenting her on her profile pic, I'd recommend making sure thats really who your talking to first, somehow, via cam or a meeting somehow. Anyone can download a pic off a internet search and post it to a profile.
Reply:You just have to get to know what she likes and make interesting comments about that topic. That will get her interested, but it has to be a comment that will blow her away. It is a great way to break the ice, after that you just have to be yourself. And, yes be careful with the fake profiles, you should seek proof after a while.

Ladies: am i attractive enough for online dating? IM for pics?
To make a long story short I am 24 years old and i've still never gone out on a date or kissed a girl. I tried online dating and I havent been able to get 1 date in 4months! I've tried match.com, eharmony.com, and yahoo personals.

Reply:hey there. it's been my experience that you don't have to be attractive AT ALL for online dating. i mean......not to be rude but.....some people = ick. mostly old men though, in their shirtless hairy potbelly poses.
anyway....
avoid match and eharmony and yahoo personals and tru and american singles and all those sites that you have to pay for. they suck for most normal people. you might want to try plentyoffish.com. it's a 100% free site, and i've met 5 people on it so far and only been on there for a few months. AND i live in a very small town and managed to find people from my own area there. it's worked very amazingly well for me.....
and i'm butt ugly. ;-)

Why online dating?
why do people do online dating? i don't understand. don't people get scared or wonder if that person is lying?
Why online dating?
I think it's stupid. Everyone's going to lie on those things. If you've got a pot belly, are you going to say that? If you're 40, you're probably going to lie and say 35 or something. It's set up for people to lie. Even married people go on those and pretend they're single again. It's a mistake waiting to happen.
What happened to the real world anyway?

Reply:I think online dating is perfectly alright as long as you are wary and cautious. I know a number of people that have found love and happiness over the net, and no the guy didn't turn out to be an axe murderer. I don't think people should knock the idea. I know a few gals in their 30's who really want to get a bf/get married but they have no way of meeting a guy. They frown upon internet dating so single they remain. Internet dating isn't much more risky than meeting someone at a bar or club. Sure people can lie easier on the net, but people lie in person too. Just take things slow, talk to the person on the phone, stop if things seem shady and go from there. It's the dating wave of the future.

Reply:Well online dating is normally private so people can be themselves a lot more than being nervous in real life, I myself think online dating is stupid, but people can show who they are on webcams to prove themselves so they would be sure they were'nt lieing, but mostly online dating is simply for more privacy :)
Reply:Good question I wonder about that too.
Reply:Yeah, I see your point, people you meet in a bar never lie. But on a serious point, you can meet a lot of people in a short amount of time with online dating. Of course the risk is that the more people you come into contact with, your odds increase that you might meet someone disingenuous. Online dating is as safe as any other form of dating so long as you use basic common sense, like meeting in a public place for the first date. If you are hung up on possible liars, do a background check.
Reply:its easier and more convienent to find a date online

Reply:because it's easy for them to get pass the nervousness of actually meeting someone in person! and as for the lying i would think so ,people now a days is really crazy!
Reply:It's easier - you meet them and see for yourself if they're being truthful or not
Reply:sometimes ppl don't intend to do online dating, it just happens. and yes, there is a risk that your being lied to, but you just have to get to know the person. and no, its not just ugly insecure ppl that do it. i am very confident and secure about myself, and im pretty sure that im attractive. i just don't have time / patients to date someone in town.
Reply:People date online because they are insecure. Most people who turn to online daiting are people who have a limited social life. As such, they probably don't have the people skills to really meet a nice person online. This is why online dating is popular. Guys who are viewed as "nerds" who only play online games and spend their time on forums and such can get the pleasure from dating without having to awkwardly put themselves out there.

Did online dating work for you?
did online dating ever work for you?
do you have any tips. I've tried it but I always delete my account because I am scared. THough I get tons of emails from cute guys. I am just S-C-A-R-E-D of who they are in real life and what they will think of me.
Did online dating work for you?
Personally, that's how I meet all of the women I go out with. I think it's a great way to meet people that I wouldn't have ordinarily been able to meet in real life. I think a lot of people think to themselves "well if you're so great, then why are you on this site?" I'm not a bar/club scene person AT ALL, and friends of a friends can only take you so far. It's been a pretty good experience for me all around. I've met some great women and some less than great women, but hey, isn't it like that anywhere? I actually met my ex online and may have something new with another great woman now from the same site. I should also mention that I'm not deceptive at all when it comes to anything from looks to status to whatever. Give it a try, but start out slow. I generally won't ask out a woman to meet for coffee until at least 3-4 emails and I usually call them up to ask them out to coffee as well...those phone calls usually last at least a half hour to an hour. If you follow this methodology, you can weed out a lot of potentially troublesome or deceptive people because they probably won't be able to make it that far. Something that always cracked me up is how women won't think twice about giving their phone number to, kissing (or doing more) with a guy they just met at a club/bar. Yet when they find someone online, everyone is automatically a closet serial killer until proven otherwise lol. Just use common sense and a little bit of caution and I think you just might be surprised :).
Reply:I actually tried it and met someone i was conversing in public. I'm still talking with him. I was very scared, but I know enough about public information to check up on some of the things he told me. There were also a few tricks i used to tell if he was lying at times. You really have to use your common sense. Don't fall hard for someone immediately. Be honest, be REALISTIC. If something doesn't seem right, don't go any further.

Reply:Online dating worked for me. I had two rather meaningful relationships with women I met online. You have as much chance of meeting an idiot in RL as you do online, but at least online you get the chance to meet people you may never have run into in your local enviroment and they may be excatly what you are looking for
Reply:It works for some people. I have three friends who met their spouses via an online dating service. It has never worked for me, however. I think I'm too much of a true romantic, and I think online matchmaking (or any other kind of matchmaking, for that matter) only works for people who approach love relationships from a more "practical" angle, if you know what I mean. It's great for people who basically just have a list of criteria they're looking to fill. But if you're looking for "that magical relationship you've waited for all your life", it's probably not going to happen this way unless you're just extremely lucky.
I WILL say that I've made a few pretty good "guy friends" through online dating, though.

I met my husband through online dating... do most men continue to check out sites?
My husband and i met through online dating. We have been together over 4 years and married almost 1. I recently saw that he was writing some girl from an online site.. I was devastated but he swears he just checks out the photos and writes sometimes b/c he thinks its funny. can I ever trust him? Is he addicted to being online/dating/flirting/looking?? what to do help! This is ruining my trust in him
I met my husband through online dating... do most men continue to check out sites?
i know exactly where your coming from. i met my fiancee on a dating service site called "singlesnet.com" everything was great, we moved in together, he asked me to marry him, i said "yes" and again everything i thought was just "perfect." 2months after living with him, he was back on the sites, eharmony, singlesnet, match, everything. he was even adding new female members to his yahoo messanger and when i found all of this out, i was extremely hurt, i thought to myself, why on earth would he still be doing this when he is supposed to be happy with me. on countless occasions i had asked him why, and he said "it was nothing". i felt otherwise, after all i wasnt doing it, you know?!
The thing is, when you meet someone on the net, i came to understand, that they are the ones who are so called "addicted" to the net, usually are. My fiancee lead a so called sheltered life, harldy any friends,etc...and he based his social life on the net. that's where his "fantasy friends" were. i just was not comfortable with the fact that they were all females, it made me feel very insecure.
But i had to come to the realization that i need to trust him, no matter what, sometimes it's hard, don't get wrong, but if they are not calling his cell or visiting to my knowledge than i need to be secure with myself that he isn't doing anything that wrong. It's hard to come to this realization but if in one day he proves me/or i found out more than what it really is some way, I am gone. Noo one deserves to be deceived but everyone deserves the fact of the matter. Good luck and i hoped i helped!
Reply:I met my husband through the online personals, but as far as I know he was done looking at the sites as soon as we started getting serious. Then again, he hates the whole dating/flirting crap - it's not his idea of fun. If you know that your husband is "addicted" to flirting, looking and whatever else, and you have a problem with it, you need to deal with this. No, "most men" don't check out online dating sites once they're married; I'm sure, a lot of them do, but they're looking for very specific things there, they don't do it because it's "funny" - simply because there isn't anything funny about it.
Reply:Its nice to see you can meet someone online but if both cant give up the date sites and chatting ,flirting, i do worry about it. and if you dont have trust its hard to keep going. so talk to him about it. hope you two can work it out .
Reply:You should join him when he checks the site. It can be funny, you can meet some really different people online. Ask him if you can look with him.
Doesn't mean he's cheating. Will he give you his password? Is he hiding anything. do you remember when you were on the dating site, how exciting and fun it was. It is fun, and he just wants to have some harmless fun. But be careful that he's not spending too much time on the site! Then you can worry.
Reply:Once he found you and married you he should not be on line viewing other women for any reason. I would tell him that online communication with the opposite sex ends here and now because that part of both your lives are over! If he continues to do so and you have told him how you feel about it ...give him an ultimatum. He needs to stop now if he wants to contiue this marriage with you or its done. If he cannot respect you he gives you no choice.
Reply:I wouldn't call it being addicted. He has a woman at home. He is just a player or a wanna be one. The guy is a cheat. If he met and married you. And above all loved you he wouldn't be doing such things. I wouldn't trust him. Normally when one checks these sort of sites out is with more than just looking in mind. I am a woman and have met men via net. Once one finds or thinks one has found someone. One stops looking. The only reason one continues to look or returns. Is because the one that was met wasn't what was desired and one is looking for someone new.
Reply:You have every right to be bothered by this. I would shut this down right away! Communicate with him and let him know you are not ok with this. Explain to him that just for fun or not you are not ok with this. Now that he is married to you there is no reason for him to be on an online dating site chatting with woman. Don't be afraid to put your foot down about this matter.
Reply:kitty said it just right!
i completely understand, me and my husband met the same way and he actually didnt stop either (i found this out a year too late) and that he physically cheated as well. i closed my dating page after we dated for 4 weeks because he seemed like the one for me. not because i experienced this but because i take loyalty serious, i find it very wrong and disrespectful what your husband is doing and of course the trust is gone.
Reply:i would do the same thing and see how he likes it.. if he dont then tell him to stop if he dont then maybe it is a just fun for him
Reply:I think if you were really sexy as you claim there wouldn't be any looking online...LOL

Free online dating?
Its a scam, nothing is free.If they ask for your credit card # watch out.
Reply:Just join different chat groups and hook up that way. Chat with them online for awhile then get a phone number to talk to them. Talk on the phone for about a week or so. Or until you feel confident then maybe you two can meet. If you have a strange feeling about it's usually right. Don't move forward. Listen to your inner child. The whole process may take anywhere from 2 months to a year. Depends on you two. GOOD LUCK. My cousin married someone online. They're living happily ever after.

Does online dating work for teenagers?
I met a girl on an online dating service. We have been talking back in fourth for the last month and a half. Both Of us have displayed an interest in meeting each other and we live in the same city ,but I wander what are the chance that this will work out being we are teenager. I’m starting to like her. Can it work?
Does online dating work for teenagers?
Bring an adult with you to any meeting you might have with anyone online. (If you are an adult, bring a buddy, lol)
She might be a 40 year old man out to rape you.
Reply:be careful with that kind of stuff
Reply:nah ull get kidnapped
Reply:not really becuz they're all like old people.
Reply:usually convos on the internet ar every different from convos in person. you should hang out and see how it goes.
Reply:Just be careful. WHen you meet her, bring a adult. Then, if it's who you're expecting, you're probably off to a good start.
Reply:The most important thing in relationships is honesty. If you are talking to someone on an online dating service and you are a teenager then one of you ( or possibly both) has lied about your age. Not off to a very good start. Stick to dating people you know or people your friends know.

Reply:The most important thing in relationships is honesty. If you are talking to someone on an online dating service and you are a teenager then one of you ( or possibly both) has lied about your age. Not off to a very good start. Stick to dating people you know or people your friends know.

Do online dating sites work?
Yeah i was just wondering if online dating sites work like true or match.com cause I have been wanting to subcribe and just wanting to know if its worth it.
Do online dating sites work?
Online dating site works. That's the reason why so many online dating site are still live.
I had a great success in my online dating journal. I picked up my lover at millionairecupid.com, which is a great place for wealthy singles and attractive singles. This site is free to join and send winks. Free to reply to all emails from their members, and chat online. You can give it a try if you are thinking of online dating.
Reply:for some they do but i have heard of scams going around on the match.com. good luck
Reply:Yes, but they're not a panacea. The plusses are that you can (unlike setups and blind dates) make sure the people you date are reasonably compatable with you. Here are a couple of tips.
Be honest (age, weight, etc.).
Post a pic. (at least one headshot)
Give good e-mail. Show that you read their profile and aren't spamming ("Liked your profile, check out mine.")
The rule of 1/3: 1/3 of the people you e-mail will write you back, 1/3 of those will end up evolving into a first date, 1/3 of those will be really good (so it takes 27 e-mails to get a great date). Don't spam, but also don't email 1 person and sit by the computer waiting.
Reply:Yes, they work for some. I've known a lot of people who had (or are in) long term relationships and/or married to people they met via dating sites or other places online.
The net is a useful tool for meeting people, but don't discount the old fashioned offline avenues as well.
Reply:Yes. they do work. My old roommate met her man on myspace.com which isn't a dating site. Within a month she moved in with him and they have been dating for 8 months now. She is happier than ever!
Reply:Of course. That's the reason why so many online dating sites are still living. I met my lover at online dating site tooo. I've shared my success story with millionairecupid.com whch is the dating site I met my lover. You can give it a try.
Reply:Yes they do work, but you have to be prepared to go on a few first dates before you meet someone you like enough to start a relationship with. Quite a lot of dating sites allow you to sign up as a free member, browse though the guys on the site, and receive messages from them. At that point you will need to join the paid membership before you can contact them. This is good, as it allows you to try before you buy, so you might as well try out a few of the dating sites...

im online dating and i realy dont no if i shud be doin this help me plz
Is online dating right?
absolutely.
If it's not right, why so many people can be found at online dating site.?
Reply:i don't really get u soo sorry... /. , .\
Reply:I see nothing wrong with online dating provided you're of age and smart about it. Remember that people tend to lie on the computer. It gives them a chance to be someone else than who they really are. Make sure you meet people in a very public place the first few times. Don't be alone with them until you know them well. Good luck.

Best Online Dating Service for Internet Singles & Personals?
i've been doing the online dating thing for a little over a year now... most of the time with just partial success. (I'm a 27 year old male)
i have to say however that the site with the best looking women hands down is naughty or nice.
(link: http://naughtyornice.i67.org - free to signup and browse)
i never had much luck with the traditional sites such as eharmony or mach.com
what does everyone else think?

What do you think of online dating sites? Do they really work or its a rip off?
Most online dating sites you have to pay to view profiles and e-mail the people but lately I have considered joining one cuz I rarely go out and it might be my only way of meeting guys so but I´m not even in the U.S and where I live there are no dating sites and or places to find people online like that..anyways so yesterday I made a profile at Yahoo Personals and today whe I check it I see that its deleted or something..I was thinking off making another one and paying the but is it really worth it? which are good dating sites?..

What do you think about online dating? Do you think it really works?
I would be curious to know what sorts of experiendes you have with online dating. I have tried it (even though it's really not a characteristic of mine), since I'm shy, but over a period of two months I didn't experience anything in particular (nothing to be more precise). What sorts of experiences do you have concerning online dating? Did it work for you? Would you ever meet someone online?
What do you think about online dating? Do you think it really works?
Well, for some I believe it does. But
Reply:i don't think so! but i know people who meet they're soul mate,,
Reply:Honestly, I think online dating is fake at it's fakest. You can paint a pretty good picture of who you really are NOT online. The worst thing about online dating is the difference between your expectations and reality. There is a whole world out there away from this thing called the internet. People are real in the real world only.
Reply:its a totally effective way of getting to know someone and hopefully have a chance in a full-blown relationship, I met my gf in webdatedotcom and we've been together for a few months. You can also try other sites out there, its not really advisable if you want to get a good catch but if you don't have enough time to find that future partner, go for online dating.
Reply:it never works
Reply:its kinda scary...you dont know who youre really chatting with...id rather date the conventional way...meet someone from work, church, parties etc...
Reply:sometimes it works to others sometimes not...On line Dating is a great help to those people who got no time to look for their will be partners in life and those that have a inferiority complex outside real world...yup i tried and still going strong its depends on how both of you will handle it...patience,communication and trust must be considered.
Reply:has not worked for me.
Reply:I met my boyfriend on line and he is relocating to Canada to be with me. It can work out if you have the determination, patience and maturity to handle it.
Reply:I have and I did. Im a product of online dating, and am now married to him. I made it a point that if I ever met a guy from online in person, he would have to meet my friends. Was a safety issue really!
Reply:I have never online dated, and I have huge reservations about it. I realize it may work for some people, but all I will say is if you are going to do it, please be careful, and if you're going to meet someone, have a friend join you.

Will social networking destroy the online dating industry?
Online dating: join for free, pay to contact. Anonymous.
Social networking: free of charge. Not anonymous.
Will social networking service enable users to find friend, dates, spouses well enough that the industry of online dating will become much less attractive?
Will social networking destroy the online dating industry?
I think social networking sites are changing the traditional online dating services.
Reply:no, because you can't trust the free ones as much as the other ones, most of the people on free sites are yanking your chain for fun

I have been onto various dating websites but unfortunelty have had no luck with the women as of yet. I tend to find the women online dont have time for you or i think to myself is it me doing something wrong. Can anyone help? Thanks
Is online dating the way forward?
Try http://www.okcupid.com because its totally free and if you don't have any luck, at least it wont cost you anything.
You should also make sure your photos and profiles are good. If on okcupid, you need to answer as many test questions as possible because that's how they do the matching.
Reply:My friend has alot of luck dating online. He told me Soulseek.com. But, he white and likes Indian women, very specialized. Every time I see him, he's got a different one. He met them all online. Open the wallet and give it a shot. You might get your johnson wet!

Is online dating safe?
I see lots of TV commercials promoting online dating as a safe, good way to meet people. I've also seen some documentaries about women who ended up with someone who harmed them. Would like to kknow the real story.
Is online dating safe?
33,000 people married on eHarmony in one year, according to a study (see Source #1). That's an average of 90 a day - sounds pretty safe.
Overall, yes online dating is safe. But it's also only as safe as you make it. If you're looking for a safer experience:
1) Stay away from the adult dating sites and stick with the relationship/dating sites.
2) Know the signs that the person you are communicating with may be married (see Source #2).
3) Protect your personal information. Don't give your last name or home phone number during your communication stage. Use a free email service like Yahoo versus your regular email address if the communication goes that far (to emailing outside of the service).
4) If you decide to meet, don't allow the person to pick you up. Take your own transportation and meet in a very public place (i.e. Starbucks).
5) If, when you see the person, you sense he/she has lied about things in their profile (height, age, photo) then consider cutting the date short and/or (if you're bold) tell the person that you don't date people who lie in their profile. If the person lied in their profile, they'll lie about other things too.
6) Trust your gut instinct.
Overall, dating is safe, but you can make it safer with your actions. Hundreds of thousands of people have met and married via online dating.
Best of luck and success to you!
Reply:It's as safe as you make it out to be. You're the one making the decision to meet someone or not. If you do plan on something like that, talk for a while first, never give out personal info, and if you choose to meet in person, take a friend, and definetly in a public place. To me online dating can be just as safe or as dangerous as going to a bar..or meeting someone anywhere.
Reply:I don't thuink so. you never really know who you are talking to.
Reply:It is far from safe its a big risk but the outcome can go either way.......Just make sure u know what ur doing...I met my current boyfreind on the computer and he is not at all dangerous
Reply:not safe- some can place fake pictures and lie about who they are. its better to make friends at coffee cafes or something...
Reply:Don't meet someone unless it is in a public place. Do not then get in their car or go to either one of your houses-- NO MATTER HOW WELL YOU'RE GETTING ALONG ON THAT FIRST OR SECOND DATE. If you have the funds available, you can do a background check online for about $50. It's worth it because you can find out if they're married or have been in trouble with the law. Internet dating is only as safe as you make it. Use the common sense you would normally use when relating to a stranger. No matter how much you chat online before you meet, and how familiar they become to you, they are still a stranger. Always tell someone else, like a friend or family member, where you are meeting this person and even their name.
Reply:is walking in your backyard safe? you could be attacked anywhere. i could tell you how they warn people not to do it, but it's pointless. they will also tell you water causes cancer, or you could drown while drinking from a glass. nothing is safe but if you're careful it is no less safe than normal dating.
Reply:It can be safe or dangerous. You just shouldn't be reckless, in the same way as you would be careful about being on certain streets at certain times of the night, or giving strangers your telephone number, etc etc etc
Reply:Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo...
Reply:Online dating can be both safe and dangerous. If you do try online dating, you shouldn't give out your real name, phone number, address or anything like that, I personally wouldn't agree to meet with this person either, if it's going to be established as online dating, leave it at that. Just be safe about it, and you should be fine.
Reply:no
Reply:What do you want? I have met a lot of women from online connections. I think you need to know what you are putting out there for men to see. If your looking for "relationships" that probably puts you in a slightly safer position than something thats based primarily in something sexual. I had one woman who was a real estate agent check my address aginst my name and how long I said that I lived there just to see if I was lying about any of that. The one thing I can say for myself is that every woman that I have went out with said that they were amazed that I was pretty much how I described myself in the profile. Thats where your safety issues really start. How do you know who you are meeting? I usually tell a woman that I'm going to lunch somewhere in the area and have her meet me there... someplace public during the day if possible. Lets face it... seeing someone for the first time in good light is better than "bar light" and you can have normal conversation. So.... is it safe... thats up to you. Good luck in your search.
Reply:i dont think so
Reply:Only if you keep safe I guess. I once met a guy on an online dating site and we chatted for so long until we met in person. Actually we chatted for about a year before we met. Ok, he wsa in Canada and I in Europe, but after we got to know each other a bit and exchanged pictures, we started to talk on the phone all the time and then decided that we chould meet.
We met in a bar...but of course my cousins came along just in case he was a freak! They stood away from us but when I gave them the thumbs up they left.
I had a lot of fun...and he was just wonderful.
I guess what I am trying to say is that I took my time... I didn't just meet and tom, dick or harry and got together with him, without knowing anything about his history, etc...
That's how I would do it any way....
Reply:some times it is but you have to be very carefull be safe - me
Reply:absolutly not. there are too many creeps out there . youNEVER know who you are talking to anymore. hell you could be talking to some 60 year old fat man that has been in jail or something . its scary and i dont recomand dateing online at all.
Reply:I think it is but one of my friends's mothers did that and she isn't (six feet under) lol, so i guess it's ok.

Does online dating work?
I dont have bf and wondering if anybody has been sucessful with online dating....
Does online dating work?
It did for me! My wife and I have been maried for about 6 years now. We have one child. We met online.
It just depends who you meet.

Reply:I know some happily married people who met online. I think it is good because you can talk to the person as long as you want before you actually meet them. And prolonged conversation can usually give you a pretty good idea as to who the person is and if you have similar values and goals in life.
Reply:I never did it but theirs only one way to find out. Email me if your older then 18!
Reply:If could work out for you, just play it safe.
Reply:yes it does...
Reply:It worked for my fiance and I. We met on Findsomeone.com which at the time was free but I think there is a charge for the service now. Have to admit that I felt very much like a loser going to this extreme. Did chat with some regular folk but also with a bunch of losers also. But the one that I found and connected with mades me feel grateful each and every day that I took the chance and used this method of meeting people. Because we are now set to marry next May 20 and it cannot come soon enough for either of us. Best of luck and give it a try.

Has online dating really worked for anyone?
Just wondering if anyone has used online dating like personals and got results. Is it worth signing up for the option to do email? Any complaints? I once signed up for the service but I didn't like the automatic renewal feature (you get a short window of time to cancel otherwise you automatically are renewed for another 6 months or so) and I also received some weird email. It's hard to tell who you are really dealing with. Has anyone had a good experience?

Reply:Online dating is like REAL LIFE dating... (partly because it is) ...you gotta kiss a lot of frogs to find a prince. It's just a another way to meet people. And it's very efficient because you can meet people faster and learn about them faster. (and cheaper!) The downside is that it's easier to lie and hide things about ones-self. Of course, the wall comes crumbling down when you meet in person for real. (Always in a very public place!) Always be treat it serious, it's not nice to toy with anothers emotions.
I've met a lot of really nice people via online dating. One lady in specific was beautiful and well ... nearly perfect. We met in real life and dated for several months. We where both totally in love. But something "outside" happened and we're not in the same state any longer. Those things happen.
However, my uncle met his wife online and they chatted for weeks, met in real life and are now happily married! Have been for about 3-5 years.
It can happen for you - online - but you'll have to look hard.
Reply:For one the personal team or company hire people to read the email before you get it to the person If they dont like it the sender does not recieve it. I used personals but I did not get the results. that was about 3-4 years ago plus you have to pay for it. Personals are not as forward as it is to chat with someone with Yahoo Messenger and really get to see them on cam or voice chat. My husband and I met on Yahoo Messenger. We are a match made in heaven. Forget personals when you can get to know the person for free. All you need is web access.

Is online dating shameful?
What do you think? Is there a stigma attached to online dating for people who are in their twenties? I am thinking about trying it, but don't want my friends to think less of me.
Is online dating shameful?
Meeting someone online is the new way to meet others these days. Especially for people in their 20's. No it's not shameful. It is how I met my fiance. We were friends first for a few years, then we took our friendship to the next level. It all depends on where and who your looking for. There's so many different chat rooms, dating sites and what not. I met my fiance in a chat room on PalTalk. I never would have tried any dating sites cause I wasn't actually looking for someone. Whether your looking for friendship first, then a relationship, it's all up to you. No one can decide where and who to look for. Hope ya find the one your looking for!
Reply:At first it was, but i think so many people do it now, that it is okay! Good luck.
Reply:Not at all. I met my wife on Match.com.
Reply:no you can meet your sole mate
Reply:A lot of people in their twenties are doing it. I met my boyfriend online and I'm 24. I find the only people opposed to it are paranoid religious people who think the only people online are perverts and homicidal maniacs so you don't have to worry about their opinion anyway as it is uneducated and unfounded and based more on their emotion and desire to control other people's lives. In todays world online dating makes more sense and you are more likely to find the right one online than you are to find the right one in every day life. Things work faster too because with most of the good dating sites you know the basics about a person before you go out with them, you know kinda what to expect and it isn't so much the daunting blind date. It's exciting to. I think it's the best way to date.

My online dating profile?
I have pictures of myself on my online dating profile and they are all headshots. They aren't even really good ones because they were all taken with a web cam with bad lighting or a cell phone. My point is....you can still tell what I look like!
I list my body as big%26amp;tall/BBW which is the truth...but my friend says that I should but a full body shot on there...this seems to be a big concern....
Could it be because guys think that I am one of those girls that thinks she is fat but really isn't? Just wondering because now I am scared to actually meet guys in person because they are going to be expecting 'a few extra pounds' when I am really, in fact...a big girl. I just figured being honest and listing that as my body type would be enough, but it is not??

Do normal people do online dating?
Do normal people do online dating? It seems like only desperate and insecure ones will have a reason to do online dating. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Do normal people do online dating?
Normal people do too. It is just another way to meet people, especially if you are older and don't get out too often.

i know we each used it because we're not the type of people to meet someone at a bar. and i don't think that made either of us desperate. i have friends who are getting married that met on match.com.
i'd like to think that as opposed to being desperate, that there are those of us looking for an alternative to how people would otherwise meet.

What are some good online dating tips?
Hello, I am new to the world of online dating. I would just like to get some good tips and suggestions from guys and gals. Here are a few questions I have. And, if you have any other good suggestions to share, please let me know. Thanks for your input.
How well should I know a guy, before meeting him in person?
When is it a good time to give out your phone #?
And, how do you determine, if you like the them, once you meet?
Being the single person that I am, is there anything wrong with dating or chatting online a few people at once? Like, I met one guy today for lunch...he was very nice, but I also chat with other guys too.
Anything wrong with this?
What are some good online dating tips?
Well Let me tell you from experience I met my Girlfriend about 2 years ago and we have been together every since ( I met her on yahoo ) I waited about 2 months before meeting i would say its a good time to give your phone number after you get a good vibe from he or she i would say maybe after a week or so of conversation. You are the only one to ddetermine if you like them or not usually you'll know soon on. There is nothing wrong with " playing the field" I believe if you start to date maybe after 5-6 dates you might want to hold off on the chatting for a while because there are always single people out there
Good Luck finding the one
Reply:Just becareful hun...you wanna see what i mean...try pretending your someone else for one of these lil dates..and see how convinced the other person is...that could be you....people can tell stories and get pics anywhere these days...be careful and good luck...And im not saying everyone does this stuff...I know a few people that have been married from online dating

Fake Online Dating Pictures/Profiles?
Do you think that women or men are more likely to post fake pictures/profiles in an online dating ad?
Fake Online Dating Pictures/Profiles?
It's kind of hard to tell.
The number of fake profiles made by men and women are changing as we speak.
And you really can't stereotype something like that.
Reply:Yes they are.
On top of that are the totally fake profiles created by the dating site's own staff to inflate their membership numbers.
Reply:I advise all of my clients against it! In fact, the site that I use for all of my clients also discourages it by canceling the account for anyone that is reported as misrepresenting themselves through the site!
If I've said it once, I've said it a hundred times. The quality of your online dating experience starts with the site that you choose! If you choose a free or low-quality dating site, then you will get garbage users and garbage service!
However, if you use sites like the one that I use for my clients, you will find quality members and quality service. Plus, they have a free month membership just so that they can prove to you that their members, service, and site are superior!

About online dating - eHarmony?
Hi, I'd like to hear your comments on eHarmony. I've tried it for almost 3 months already and to be honest, I'm not very satisfied with the service. I've received a lot of matches, but I've just got to have open communication with 3-4 guys. I haven't met none of them yet. Some days I don't even get matches at all. It's frustrating and I'd like to hear from you guys if it is usually this slow to get to know somebody. eHarmony has an offer right now of 3 months for the price of 1, but I don't know if I should give it a try or if I just should give up on this online dating thing. What's your advise or thoughts about it? thanks!
About online dating - eHarmony?
Hi Latina,
I have never tried/subscribed to eHarmony.
Have been a member of Yahoo Personals and although it gives you multiple matches, and you are free to openly communicate with anyone you like, there are a lot of "pretenders" and game players.
Personals sites are one way to meet other singles who are actively part of the social scene. But I would not use it as your sole method of meeting others.
I have met a few people thru personals. You still have to be cautious, meet in a public place, be careful of what info you reveal about yourself until you have a solid connection, etc.
good luck ~
Reply:i have to agree with you.. i did it for awhile.. and i used their free weekend.. but ive gotten to open communication with maybe 5-6 guys and of them ive met one.. we've turned out to be ok friends so far.. the last 2 or 3 guys have turned out to be liars.. simple lies.. but still with online things.. there has to be some line..and when your trying to be trustworthy.. lying is out..
ive pretty much gave up on dating.. i figure if im met to find a guy.. they will drop from the sky and fall in front of me at this point..
Reply:I've tried many sites and been almost totally dissatified with them. They are a fun way to pass time and take personality tests but don't plan in finding Mr.Right in www land.
Reply:Yes it does take a long time just to get to know someone. And with online dating you need to be taking your time. You have no idea if what these guys are telling you is true or not. Take your time.
Reply:I tried eharmony, but never actually subscribed to it. It seems kind of weird. Not really that personal, it's all preset lists with answers and stuff. I did match.com with a subscription and I thought it was a little better. People can write descriptions about themselves and you get a little better feel of how they are. I went out with girls from match plenty of times. Nothing really came out of it, but I made some friends that I still hang out with so that's kind of cool. I ended up dating a girl that I met on my own...
Reply:you dont need to try eharmony-honey try me.its not easy to find match on any web-its the way you look and your karma.you should keep on trying.
Reply:give up on it. Go 2 the mall and meet people there.
Reply:eHarmony is a wierd service, it is trying to match make on-line rather than letting you decide who is your match. I don't think their success rate is close to match.com for instance where you have the power to decde. After all, you should know who fits for you, not some geek playing matchmaker behind the scenes.
Reply:I thin k there are better sites theneharmony, but overall I think the success rate of on line sites is low. It is really difficult to find a match to even get to the poing of meeting in person

What do you think of online dating services? and why?
before I met my hubby, I got a chance to meet a snob,,,and not just any snob...a bragging low-life devil snob!
Thankfully, he was sooo not for me! (I felt like I could have almost gone down the wrong road by getting involved with this horrible person!)I know that I am much better of a human being than to want to be involved with somebody who thinks that the things that he buys, is the best thing on earth!
So what about you all, have you met she- devils or he-devils online or really wonderful "honest" people on dating sites? or what?
Share your interesting online dating service stories!
share the funny, sad, angry, stupid, lame, insane, etc...types of dates that you went thru to get to that nougat, that you soooo prize now! lol!
thanks alot!

In online-dating profiles, what are you interested to read?
I am about to post a profile in an online-dating site, and I am not sure what I should be talking about. I would like to ask woman what they think is important to read, because I think is kind of a turn off when a guy is trying to sell himself, I don't like to talk about me, I know I don't have a choice, but I just have a simple question, isn't a turn off when the guy says how great of a job he has, and how cool he is, and how great he is like competing with other guys?. If you ask me, I am the opposite, I have probably done and lived and visited more countries than what those kind of guys say, but I don't like to just show up in people and say it?. If I put my profile and I say "I am just simple", do you think I will have any luck?, or I will have to show up and demonstrate the world I am just a great guy?, what you as a woman think? or even a guy that could help me on this one?
In online-dating profiles, what are you interested to read?
most important tihng is to be honest. i wouldent say what ur job is (not because women dont like to hear it but if u earn lots of money someone might just be interesed in that so dont to protect yourself). say what you like doing eg traveling. maybe what kinda relaionship your looking for ect. what u look for in a woman (try being romantic here very important) dont say anything bout looks though. hope it works out for u and i could help.
Reply:BE YOU AND BE HONEST. THAT WAY THERE ARE NO SURPRISES. JUST BE YOU AND BE HONEST. REMEBER "HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY."

Need online dating advice!!! unique question..?
alright so i met this wonderful girl on this dating site who lives on the completely different side of the country. we chatted online and seem to really like each other. i have her number. what kind of action should i take because i cant ask her out since we live so far away from each other...help! thx in advance for any advice
Need online dating advice!!! unique question..?
Me and my bf met online sometime in April 2006.After almost everyday of talking online..[at first no webcam] he decided to meet me in person,to find out if it is something like..we're wasting our time and investing our emotion or what we feel is true? But then after we met, things get even better and still we continue our only way of communication, which through the internet.I should say we are one of those lucky people who found amazing love and build it through online. He went back here, spent longer time[almost 4 months the second time he stayed here] and planning to return next summer.
So i think if you can find ways then better meet her in person, then you will find out if the feeling is for real or you just amazed and infatuated.
Goodluck
going 2 years and we're still happy...the distance?we're half of the world apart!
Reply:thank you Report It
Reply:well right now u just need to take it slow and just talk for a little bit and call her if u want to just to talk. if u realli like her and she realli likes u and u guys r like ment to be together something will happen and u will meet up and go from their
Reply:dont let distance get in ur way i am marrying a lady in the philipines later this yr i am in the united states go for it and good luck
Reply:send roses ....
Reply:It is easier to call if you have a cell phone with nation wide service...no long distance fees.
I say call her. Then if it goes well, then try to set up a regular phone chat time, like every Sunday afternoon or every Thursday evening, then it can be kind of like a date.
Then it that goes well for a while set up a visit.
Reply:All types of everyday activities are growing in popularity online these days like sharing photos and greeting cards. In fact, both of these even go hand in hand with online dating opportunities, one of the most popular online activities for singles today.
Read their free ebook...
Reply:ok keep the distance in mind, ok with that said u could ask her what she will be doing 4 the holiday, and then u save all the money u get your hands on. and try and arrange a get together..
Reply:If the distance is going to stand in your way than move on...don't drag it out and make it painful for either of you.

Does online dating work better for women?
Does online dating work better for women than it does for men?
Does online dating work better for women?
yes. the reason is this: there are so many guys on there that if the woman is good looking, she pretty much has her pick. however, on the other hand, if the woman is ugly, then i would think that she's in the same boat as the guys.
Reply:I met my husband through Yahoo personals. I think maybe it does work better for the women than the men, as I had a very large amount of men writing to me, and there were jerks in the bunch but many were very sincere. He said he received like a dozen letters in a matter of years, and I received more than that in one day. I am a big believer in on-line dating, especially if you are in your 40s.
Reply:I'd say it's 50/50
Reply:It hasn't for me. I have been on match and am now on yahoo. At least on match I got responses when I joined. On yahoo hundreds look at my profile but few respond and most of them have no photo and send an ice breaker instead of an email. I have meet 2 guys off of it so far , one wasn't interested in going out again (my guess is because I didn't want to go to "his place" on the first date". The other was a man who was so uncultured and country, that he hadn't even had childhood immunizations. All the men seem to want sex and be recently divorced with several small children. They all seem to be into the "simple" things, meaning poor.
Reply:I think the answer about the good looking women was right on the spot. I have used online dating and I have had a lot of friends use online dating. I am good looking and very successfull, yet only one woman in 4 responds to me and I receive at best 1 or 2 emails from women who find me. The good looking women I have met are swamped with offers while the average ones seem to have only a little more success than I do. It's still easier than doing it in person, so unless you are a hot woman, it's a little bit of work. But for overall success I would say it's the same for everyone. It certainly gives you much more access to people than you would have out in the real world.
Reply:No not really... I think it works equally for both. Have you tried it yet to see if it works for you or not? You also might want to ask this question on the singles and dating section of yahoo answers. Try http://www.eharmony.com or http://www.match.com These sites are safer and secure them most sights. Good luck to you. Try yahoo personals too.
Reply:Well, if it's working for the women, it has to be working for the men, too, right? Otherwise, who are these women meeting?
Reply:It worked out very well for me and my wife. We met on line over 6 years ago and are still together. You get out of it, what you put into it.

Reply:Yes they want to get to know the inner part of a man. and they can do that via internet before they go any further in dating. and the internet gives them options. Its not like you can go to a bar and pull three men to the side and say ok tell me something about yourself.

Best online dating site (if any without scammers!)?
what is the best online dating site for those who have tried them. Last one I tried long ago was full of scammers. Hesitant to check out another unless hear good reviews on it.. Thanks
Best online dating site (if any without scammers!)?
Check out http://www.okcupid.com
Its totally free even for email.
The pay sites suck because they block email if you don't send them a bribe. If the other person hasn't paid too, then they won't be able to respond.
The only thing you have to look out for is the usual Russian girlfriend scam. But I have seen that on other sites as well.
Okcupid.com uses a more sophisticated matching algorithm. It blows the others away.
Reply:Hot or Not is kinda ok but there are a few scammers there.
Reply:There is no such thing as a "good" dating site...most are either full of hidden costs or overrun by porn bots %26amp; scam artists...
