I am trying online dating :O! I posted 2 body pictures as I know woman want a fit man, now my question is, my pictures are of my topless showing a very toned body, would a woman see that to into myself or maybe stuck up or would a woman rather see how fit someone is?
I just don't want to come of as I a jerk or to much into myself. I have other pictures surfing ,on my tavels, close ups and a nice bio.
So I am just thinking to much or should I remove those pictures??
Online dating..curious on woman's thought of pictures?
Remove the shirtless pictures not because you might look too into yourself but because of ethics -- don't reveal all at first. I know you are proud of your toned body and you can tell the women in your bio that you are in good shape which your active pictures will show. You could come across too much as a muscle man and the image some women have of those kinds of men when there is more to you than that.
Good luck in your search.
Reply:No keep them on. First impressions are everything, it just means you're comfortable with yourself and you're not ashamed of how you look. Take some funny picture like your feet, fingers or even your eye. Something to mix it up.
Reply:if i saw something like that i would think
" this guy just wants to ****, thats why he's showing off his body, his a stuck up asshole who treats girls like ****"
who ever told that girls only want fit men lied to u!!!
i look for personality not muscle
Reply:Take them oof - I'm on several dating sites and always ignore ones that the guy seems too full of himself. I don't care if a guy has a six pack - it might be nice but I'd rather a guy had the right personality.
Reply:I would rather see pictures of you surfing and stuff at first. A guy that is quick to show off his body on a dating site does kind of sound a little concided....but congrats on having a good bod (that is always a plus). But I would start off with some pics (close ups or full bod) that shows the activites you are into or just really good pics of you.....then after talking to someone let the buff abs pic come out. Its like a present....would you rather recieve on that is wrapped and a mystery or one that has already been opened???
Reply:I personally wouldn't want to see a guy shirt-less posing for a camera. Yes too into yourself and a little femish I think. I would rather see a picture of a person in their natural environment. Then you can really see what they are like. Your surfing ones would be great.
Reply:A woman would probably think you were only looking for sex because of your type of pictures. It won’t matter what your body looks like if you have a dog ugly face and a ****** up personality. Be you!
Reply:It makes you look conceited
Reply:I personally am not impressed. I don't want to date a guy who everyone and their sisters seen nude or even just topless for that matter. If she asks for a picture tighted up the shirt (so you can see def underneith. I know that when I guy shows me pictures like that right off the bat, I look elsewhere for conversation.
Reply:keep them on, but is there an "about me" section cuz then you can put something to explain =]
it would help if we could some how see what they looked like, then it would be easier to be like "ohh man hes conceided" or whhhatever
Reply:No - it is part of who you are. Don't worry about it. You want to give an accuarte perception of who you are and that is part of the package.
Reply:depends on what kind of a woman and what kind of a relationship your looking for. if your looking for a serious relationship try a picture in a muscle shirt or a close fitting t- shirt. leave something for the imagination.posted the way you are describing is intimidating and would appear as if you think you the ****!♥
Reply:i guess you are thinking too much about it.. just be yourself, and if you like your body then show it...im not sure women will think you are too into yourself, i also recommend you to put other kind of pics.
Is not bad to show your body but we dont want to see the same kind of pic just from different angles, you know what imean?
Good luck!!
Reply:I would wear a shirt. When I see men with there shirts off in pics. its a turn off. Wear maybe a wife beater or somehting like that.
Reply:If you want my honest opinion I would be turned off and assume you were too into your appearance and not looking to make a real connection with someone. I care way more about a guy's personality than whether he has a six pack. I think you should leave the normal pictures and scrap the shirtless ones.
Reply:I think it depends on the person. In my opinion the first picture I see of a guy would be a nice one so one where hes half naked. I don't think it would make you seem stuck up although someone might its just not something I want to see first off and like I said before everyone has their own thoughts on this. :)
Reply:I prefer the shirt on.
